MDA Cleaning collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule cleaning work, provide service, and maintain business records.
Information we collect
When you use the estimate builder or contact form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, preferred date, property details, service selections, notes, calculated estimate, and request reference number.
How we use it
- To calculate and respond to your cleaning request
- To contact you about scope, price, access, and scheduling
- To place confirmed work on our operating schedule
- To provide service confirmations and business records
- To protect the website from misuse and troubleshoot problems
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in the website’s protected business database. We may use hosting, email-delivery, and scheduling providers to operate these functions. Those providers receive only the information necessary to perform their role.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to service providers acting for MDA Cleaning.
Retention and your choices
If you request a quote and do not proceed with booking, your information is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems shortly after submission. If you proceed with a booking, we retain your job record for 30 days after job completion for support, scheduling, and record-keeping purposes, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted from our backend.
You may also ask us to correct or delete your information sooner by using the website contact form.
Text and email communication
Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You may tell us to stop non-essential messages at any time.
